Website records are retained according to the following general schedule:
- membership and joining inquiries — 12 months after the last contact;
- general contact submissions — 6 months after the last contact; and
- event RSVP records — 3 months after the applicable event.
Deletion of inquiry and contact records may be paused while a conversation remains active.
The Lodge Secretary may also retain administrative exports or other working copies outside the website where required for Lodge administration. Those copies are managed separately from the website’s automatic retention process.
Information deleted from the active website may also remain temporarily in hosting or system backups until those backups are rotated or expire.

The website is hosted using Hostinger. Email notifications and correspondence may be processed or retained through the Lodge’s Gmail/email services.
